Welcome to Roosevelt’s new boutique coworking space, the place to get your work done in style.  Make yourself at home with our floating desk membership or your own dedicated RockIt desk complete with locking drawer, gear shelf, and integrated plant divider.  Regardless of your membership type, you’ll never be stuck in one spot with our variety of seating options including our indoor/outdoor lobby with gas fireplace.

Meeting up with friends or colleagues?  Step across the lobby to enjoy Armistice Coffee & Cocktail’s assortment of caffeinated beverages, pastries and sandwiches, or happy hour by the fire pit on their outdoor deck.

Our location is designed around your lifestyle: walk to nearby Whole Foods or PCC to pick up lunch or dinner, take a lap around Green Lake on your lunch break, and hop on the light rail located less than two blocks away to meet colleagues downtown.
